How our Go2Africa EOR service works:
The appointed local employee will act as an exclusive on-site extension of your company abroad and will become the connection between your company and its products and business partners in Africa.

The local employee will work for and report directly to the company’s headquarters, while InterGest South Africa, handles payroll and HR issues in Africa as the appointed EOR.

The client is responsible for: Managing and communicating the required KPIs that the employee is expected to meet. The employee reports directly to the client, meaning that the manager to whom the employee reports will retain control over business operations.
