Our HR Service Comprises:

Set up employee files with complete documentation;

Meet with new employees to explain the payslip and answer questions;

Manage leave policies and procedures;

Assist with Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) – Includes advise on handling disputes, disciplinary matters, leave rates, and payments;

Facilitate maternity leave policies and forms;

Introduce new employees to Company Policies etc. (Contained in Employee Starter Pack*);

Co-ordinate and manage employee termination and exit interviews;

Source Tax Directives form SARS as and when required;

Manage and attend Department of Labour inspections;

Provide telephonic and email support.

Complete U19’s when employees leave the company;

Act as a liaison between the company and Financial Advisors. (Medical aid, Pension, and Retirement Annuities);

Attend meetings on request. (Max. 3 hours per month);
